Managing Director

Ray Dauria, RDA’s Managing Director and Principal Recruiter, has worked within the Power Industry for over twenty years. He has specialized in executive search and consulting since 1997, closing placements for most positions specific to power industry enterprises.

Prior to establishing RDA during 1997, he held senior management and executive management positions in Asset Management, Business Development, M&A, Operations and Maintenance, Project Management, Environmental Compliance, and Manufacturing.  He was a Director for PSEG Global, a diversified Energy Company (IPP) with Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, and Fuels assets worldwide. He spent five years developing and managing assets and operating companies in the USA, Latin America, China, India, and Europe.  

During his time with PSEG Global, Ray was the Board Chairman of a development joint venture in Venezuela and held Asset Management and Board positions in the USA, Colombia, Argentina, and China.  Ray also served as PSEG Global's worldwide Director of Operations and Maintenance and Vice President for an operating subsidiary.  Prior to joining PSEG Global, Ray worked for PSE&G, an investor-owned electric and gas utility.  Here he held positions in Plant Management, Project Management, and Environmental Compliance.  Previous energy sector experience includes working for Chromalloy American as Production Manager for a heavy industrial gas turbine overhaul shop.

Ray holds a BS in Industrial Management and an MBA. He has also completed one and two-week programs at the Wharton Business School, the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado, the American Management Association and Rutgers University.
